Why Elda exists?
Societies are ageing rapidly, and people are living longer than ever before. At the same time, everyday community life has weakened, and finding new social connections and meaningful activities has become increasingly difficult, especially after retirement.
We believe this is not a lack of interest, but a lack of accessible structures. People want to participate, connect, and stay active, but the paths to do so are often fragmented or unclear.
Elda was created to change this.
What do we do?
Elda is a safe and easy-to-use community platform that connects seniors with local activities, services, and each other. We create a simple way to participate in everyday life - one that is equal, accessible, and human-centred.
Rather than building something separate, Elda brings together what already exists: people, ideas, and local opportunities.
